Integrity First Chem-Dry is proud to be family-owned and operated by Glenn & Tracy K. in Midland, TX. They are the proud parents of six kids and seven grandkids. After many years of moving around the country for work in the oil field, they decided that Midland was where they wanted to stay. In 2019, they started Integrity First Chem-Dry and have enjoyed helping their fellow residents of the Permian Basin maintain their investments in carpet, tile, area rugs, and upholstery. They not only own the business but are the leading operators of their dream company.

History of the Chem-Dry Brand
As a young man working through law school in the early 1970s, Robert Harris was a carpet cleaner working for someone else. Unhappy with the performance of the available cleaning products, he began looking for a better solution. His research stretched into years and years of studying the chemical properties of cleaning formulas and years of backbreaking experiments that required cleaning areas of dirty carpets with one formula and then another.
Eventually, he developed a revolutionary carbonated solution that cleaned beautifully and was gentle on property. With the birth of Chem-Dry in 1977 came self-employment and success. The demand for his cleaning services mushroomed, and soon, friends and family clamored for his secret. From the first small group of franchises, the Chem-Dry network has grown to thousands of successful franchises worldwide. As the Chem-Dry family increased, Robert Harris saw his success story repeated by many franchisees.
Now, after more than 45 years, Entrepreneur Magazine ranks Chem-Dry as the #1 Carpet and upholstery Cleaning Company in America, with more locations than any other business in the industry!
